My name is Kristy Petrillo and I am a Realtor in the North Georgia Mountain area. My passion for working with buyers to understand exactly what they are looking for has been a key to my real estate success. My mission is to help prospective buyers achieve their real estate goals, ie. are they looking for short term investments, rental potential, 1031 exchange, retirement home, etc.

I'm a graduate of Clemson University where I majored in Finance and Marketing and apply these skills to assist my customers in their real estate investment strategies. I am currently one of the top producing agents at the largest real estate agency in North Georgia. I will work with the Buyer or Seller from the first steps of finding a home or land, to negotiating a contract, having a home inspected or property surveyed, to scheduling and participating in the closing. I pride myself in continuing the relationship with the client even after the sale is closed. I'm a resident of Ellijay, GA and am a self proclaimed expert on Gilmer and Fannin counties.

As a competitive water skier I'm very familiar with Lake Blue Ridge and many of the surrounding lake properties. I work closely with local land developers and always have the inside track on large tracks of land available for sale but possibly not listed. I also have several of my own vacation rentals and long term rental properties, and can give first hand knowledge of what it takes to be successful in the rental business. Most of my clients are from out of the area and out of state. With technology today, almost every aspect involved with buying property can be done over the fax machine and thru email. Closings can even be scheduled thru the mail. In addition, I also work with many builders and can recommend different builders that specialize in different construction needs.

I work mostly with property located in the Blue Ridge Mountain area, but can work with prospective clients in all of Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee.
